AwwList is built to help you remember gift ideas, not to turn your personal lists into an advertising profile.
Effective September 1, 2026Information you add to AwwList
AwwList lets you save information such as people, gift ideas, wishes, notes, links, photos, categories, and related details. This information is used to provide the app's core features.
Sign in with Apple
If you choose Continue with Apple, Apple may provide AwwList with an account identifier and, depending on your choices, your name or email address. This information is used for account identity and authentication.
You may also use AwwList without signing in where that option is available.
Storage
AwwList is designed to keep your saved content available on your device for fast and offline use. Some account-related information may be processed where needed to provide authentication or app functionality.
If AwwList introduces additional cloud sync or sharing features, this policy will be updated to explain how those features handle your information.
Photos, links, and notifications
AwwList only accesses device features such as photos or notifications when you choose to use a feature that needs them and after iOS grants the relevant permission. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Advertising and sale of personal data
AwwList does not sell your personal information. AwwList does not use your private gift lists to serve targeted advertising.
Data deletion
You can delete saved information from inside AwwList. The app also provides a Delete All Data option in Settings for removing your saved AwwList data from the app.
If you use Sign in with Apple, you can separately manage AwwList's access to your Apple Account through Apple's Sign in with Apple settings.
Third-party services
AwwList may rely on Apple services required for iOS functionality, including Sign in with Apple and system notification or photo frameworks. Those services are governed by Apple's own privacy terms.
Children
AwwList is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in a way that requires parental consent under applicable law.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as AwwList changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
